The respect of each individual and the dignity of all are basic to our service. Home On The Range is committed to developing child care workers and leaders. We are dedicated to the stewardship of all our resources through the proper use of our lands, livestock, gifts, and fees.

Through the guidance of God we use our power and influence to effect change in our world. We act as advocates for children and share our information regarding public and social justice policies. We believe in our ministry: becoming actively involved with those who are in need, hurting, or who seek healing.

Our philosophy and mission under the guidance of God, combined with our experience and knowledge, empower us to carry out the mandates of Jesus and to protect our concern over the ills and strife in people's daily lives.
